Is Unpleat for support or for sales demos?
Support. Unpleat is built to help people who already use your product: answering tickets, onboarding new customers and building your help center. If you need a polished sales demo for prospects, a dedicated demo tool is a better fit.
What do I need to get started?
Google Chrome and the Unpleat recorder extension. If you can open your product in Chrome, you can record it. No setup on your site is needed for videos and guides.
Do I have to add code to my product?
Not for videos and guides. Live tours need a one-time, copy-and-paste setup on your site, like adding analytics. We walk you through it.
What happens when my product changes?
Re-record the task in a couple of minutes and your video, guide and tour update together. Live tours find elements by what they are (labels, links, lists), not exact positions, so small design changes don’t break them.
Can I edit what the voice says?
Yes. Every caption and voiceover is plain text you can change. Unpleat drafts it from your clicks, you edit what you like, and the voice updates in one click.
Who can see my tutorials?
Only people with the link. Share links are private and impossible to guess, and the recorder never captures what you type into password fields.
Does my whole team pay per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Plans differ by how many tutorials you publish, premium voice minutes and branding.
Which languages are supported?
English today. Translations of captions, voiceovers and guides are on the way.
